1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website MobileGuruz (mobileguruz.in), enrolling in any online video course, or registering for our offline practical workshop batches in Sri Ganganagar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Intellectual Property & Course License

All video lectures, schematic analysis materials, circuit diagrams, and written course content provided through MobileGuruz are the intellectual property of MobileGuruz and its instructors.

• Enrolling in a course grants you a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational training.
• You may not redistribute, screen-record, publicly broadcast, sell, or upload our video courses to torrent sites or third-party file sharing services.
• Account sharing between multiple individuals is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination without refund.

3. Offline Workshop Discipline & Campus Rules

Students attending offline batches at 23 C BLOCK SRI GANGANAGAR (RAJ) are expected to maintain professional workshop discipline, respect fellow technicians, and handle sensitive digital microscopes, soldering irons, and testing equipment responsibly under instructor supervision.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Any legal claim or dispute arising in connection with MobileGuruz shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
